1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1. These regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") specify the rules for the provision of services by company:

1.2. P.H. WYSOCCY SP.J. is a Service Provider within the meaning of art. 2 point 6 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on providing electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, next: u.ś.ude), providing services electronically via the website www.wysoccy.com.pl.

1.3. Whenever the "User" is referred to below in the Regulations, it is necessary for this understand the Customer in the meaning of art. 2 point 6 u.ś.ude - ie the entrepreneur: both a natural person running a business as well as commercial law companies regulated in the Act of 15 September 2000, the Code of Commercial Companies (legal entity or an organizational unit without legal personality) which, after carrying out account registration and verification procedures, use the services provided by P.H. WYSOCCY SP.J. via the website www.wysoccy.com.pl.

1.4. These Regulations apply only to entrepreneurs to whom they are offered by P.H. WYSOCCY SP.J. The regulations do not apply to persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Act of April 23, 1964. The Civil Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459), ie those making unbound legal transactions directly with their business or professional activity (retail sales). P.H. WYSOCCY SP.J. conducts retail sale to consumers only via stationary commercial outlets located in:

2. REGISTRATION.

2.1. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ENTREPRENEURS

The user can create only one account with the same tax identification number. The system allows automatic data replenishment entrepreneurs from the CSO database after entering the tax identification number. 2.1.7. In the "Phone" field, the user must enter a phone number that will allow contact with the entrepreneur in order to confirm the submission and execution of the order.

2.1.8. In the fields: "City", "Postal code", "Street", "Building number", "Apartment No." - The user must enter the address details of the place of business where the ordered goods will be sent.

2.1.9. After clicking the "Register" button again, the information will be displayed automatic sending of messages by the system to the previously provided e-mail address, containing an activation link to the User's account. 2.1.10. After verifying the correctness of the entered data and the fact of conducting business activity and being an active taxpayer of tax on goods and services (VAT) the system will send another e-mail with the title: "Activation" from the following address: zamowienia@wysoccy.com.pl , informing about successfully completed activation individual User account.

2.1.11. The user can already log into their individual account by clicking the "Log in" button in the top left corner on the page www.wysoccy.com.pl .Entering your e-mail address and the password you created. At this point The user can now fully use the online store and start the syntax orders.

2.2. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ENTREPRENEURS REGISTERED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY THAN POLAND BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION.

2.2.1. In the registration form, the User must provide the Tax Identification Number

(EU VAT, EU NIP) together with the country code (eg DE, DK) without dividing the number with hyphens. The user can set up only one account with the same VAT number. The system allows to automatically verify the correctness of the entered identification number tax.

2.2.2. The user will proceed to the form in which he must provide basic data personal, address and related to your business.

2.3.10. After verifying the correctness of the entered data and the fact of conducting business activity and being an active taxpayer of tax on goods and services (VAT) the system will send another e-mail with the title: "Activation" from the following address: zamowienia@wysoccy.com.pl , informing about successfully completed activation individual User account.

3. ORDER OF GOODS.

3.1. After logging in by the User to an individual account in the store

4. COMPLAINTS.

5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.

5.1. For the proper operation of an online store www.wysoccy.com.pl equipment The user must meet the minimum technical requirements:

6.9. In addition to ADO, ADO employees will be the recipients of the User's personal data external, with which ADO has entered into a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data such as: accounting and accounting office, courier companies, sold producers goods, external IT service. Personal data will be transferred only for the purpose of carrying out the services described in these Regulations. The data will not be used for the marketing of ADO's own products and services.

6.10. The User's personal data will not be transferred to the third country, ie outside the area of ​​the EU and the European Economic Area.

6.11. The User's personal data will be processed by ADO for the entire period of use from services provided electronically, ie until the moment of requesting cessation use of them (referred to in point 2.15 of these Regulations), and after completion use of services provided electronically over a period of 2 years, because so much time is the period of limitation of claims related to the concluded contract for the provision of services electronic way and sales contract (Article 554 of the Civil Code).

6.12. The User has the right to access their personal data, the right to requests to correct, delete or limit the processing of this data, right to data transfer - on the principles set out in the Regulation of the GDPR.

6.13. The User may revoke the consent granted at any time However, this will mean a request to cease using the services of the service electronically via the online store. Withdrawal of consent does not affect compliance with
